Shipping Costs
For orders under 100 euros, we charge 6.75 euros in shipping costs. Placing an order with a total value of more than 100 euros? Then you pay no shipping costs with us!
We charge 10.95 euros for shipping outside the Netherlands (Belgium and Germany).
Payment Methods
With us, you can pay quickly, safely, and easily with iDeal. You pay within the trusted internet banking environment of your own bank. Paying has never been so easy.
Prefer not to pay with iDeal? No problem! With us, you can of course also pay by bank transfer. The order will be processed as soon as we have received the payment.
Delivery Service
All our orders are sent with PostNL. This guarantees fast delivery. After your order has been handed over to PostNL, you will receive a tracking code from us, allowing you to track your shipment at any time. So you won’t face any surprises.
Would you prefer to pick up your order? This is also possible by appointment. Please make an appointment via email for this.
Returns
Not satisfied with your order? We offer you the possibility to return the products within 14 days without giving any reason, provided they are unused and undamaged. This means you take no risk at all with your purchase at !
For more information about returning products, please refer to our return policy. If you return an item, you will receive your money back in the account with which you have paid for the order. Please note! If the total amount of the order after returning falls below € 100, or € 150, shipping costs of NL€ 6.75 - B - D € 10.95 will still be charged. This amount will be deducted from the refund.
