Below we have placed an overview of the most frequently asked questions so that you can immediately find the answer to many questions.

- How do I register as a new customer?

You click on the "account" button, then a "create account" menu will appear. You can then fill in all your details, making sure to enter them correctly. Your email address will also be your username, and you can create your own password. Once you have entered everything and followed all the steps, your account is created and activated.

- I want to log in but have forgotten my password, what can I do?

If you have forgotten your password, you can specify this under 'Account'. Click on 'forgot password' in the 'registered customer' box. Then enter your email address and click 'send'. Your password will be sent to you almost immediately and you can log in as a customer.

- How do I know for sure that my order has been received?

As soon as you place an order via the webshop, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. This means that your order has been received successfully.

- Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

Yes, as soon as you have sent your order, you will immediately receive an automatic email confirmation from us. You can review and check the order in this email. Please report any changes to us as soon as possible! You can do this by replying to your order confirmation email.

- When will the order be shipped?

Once you have paid the amount stated on the invoice, we aim to ship your order within 24 to 48 hours. If you have not received the order within 7 days, please contact us.

- What is the delivery time of my purchase?

Most products are shipped immediately once your payment is received, with a delivery time of approximately 24 - 48 hours (depending on Post NL). Orders cannot be delivered by Post NL during the weekend. Therefore, if your order is shipped on Friday, it is usually delivered on Monday after the weekend.

What size blanket do I need for my horse?

In the table below you can see which back length and top length usually correspond to a certain height at the withers. This is an average; some horses have a very long or very short back, making the table inaccurate in such cases.
